Default 300 whp on f22 w/ aftermarket pistons and rods?

hey guys
I've been doing some research and i want to eventually be running a safe turbo setup that i can put 300hp at the wheels with no problem. i want to be able to turn up the boost even more in the future but keep it at around 10 psi for daily driving. I know that i want to build the motor to handle that much. i definately want to go with a 8.1-9.1:1 cr.
I would like to hear your opinions on if it is possible to safely put down that much hp with just rods, pistons, and basically have the rest of the motor rebuilt stock? i have a spare f22a1 head and plan on buying a spare block to do this on and then swapping that motor into my car to eventually boost. Let me know what i would need to accomplish the horsepower that i want without blowing my motor. any ideas on which rods and pistons i should go with, what size turbo i should run, what manifold i should go with, and the general cost of everything. I was also wondering if a log style h23 manifold would work/fit and if it does, is that the best way to go? All feedback is welcome.

Keith
