Default H22A1 Syncros

How shitty are these syncros?
Mine are ******* up bad at 183000kms...I'm wondering if it's normal for that age, or a sign of harsh driving over the years.

Also, I was told GM syncromesh is a good product to help out with it, or even this SyncroShift stuff which is full synthetic not like GM's oil based with additives.

Just wondering.

Also, what's the cost averaging in buying a new one, no labor, I dunno if it's better to go with Honda or aftermarket?
