Default How much did you pay for At/Mt swap?

If I do it myself I researched it 2 be around 450. Does this sound correct? and if U did it already any advice or tips would be great thanks!

it depends on how much u got the parts for, what parts do u have? do u have everything u need?
Also, Mine was free cause my car came with a 5 speed

Lol........ I wish mine came with one..........no Im worried about getting anything until I know exactly what i'm getting myself into so as of right now "Igot Nothin"-Italian Gansta
But AnywayZ thats why im takin this little poll so I can pay for it all knowing the cost.....I only have 1 car (93LX) and I'd hate 2 put the project on hold for lack of funding...........it would suck to be without a car for a month.....I work at a school we get paid once a month

ive seen 1000-1500.. i got an estimate... 1250 for parts on my ek9 but i dont think itd be much different ... and me doing the install to.. i think you could do it over a weekend.. ive searched this topic like crazy.. im sure someone knows alot more about than me .. also i say wait until all parts have been gotten thatd be so much easier..

i've read a shopping doing a S15 auto2man tranny swap for $250 labor & $750 parts.

Then i've witnessed EIP Tuning rape my friend with a passat doing a auto2man swap for over $4000.00 labor & parts!

LOL! He didnt even get a boot or **** after that **** reaming either!

no lie, after he paid, it broke down not but 1/4 mile down the road after he paid that too. i've got a picture of EIP towing it back with my friend kicking the dirt.
It was a sad sad day.
