Default Complete B16A Complete Change Over From H-Moters....question

The complete Changover comes wit axels with half shaft....i was curious as to what axles these are (90-93 integra?), and if you still needed to do anything like change the intermediate shaft...

Im about to order one, i have never done an engine swap before but i think its something i can probalby handle with the help of this site and the helms! It doesnt seem like it would be that difficult... We'll just let me know...

I'm also planning on changing the clutch, and maybe the flywheel when i throw it in

should I also change the t-belt?

Yes change the timing belt and water pump, its so easy with the engine out and gives you piece of mind.

The axles they give you are out of the sir, you will need 90-93 teg axles.

And yes you can do it yourself. The hardest part is the wiring which, imo, isn't that hard. Just take your time.

The intermediate shaft with the swap will more than likely be a 90-91 integra. If you get the y1 trans you will have the y1 intermediate shaft which requires hybrid axles.

I would replace the clutch, timing belt, water pump, front and rear main seals, oil pan gasket, thermostat, plugs and plug wires, dist. cap and rotor, valve cover gasket.

Not sure about the axles but if you are getting the XSi engine than you have to wire your car for OBD1 also, not just VTEC.

you dont HAVE to wire it to OBD-1. I have an XSi engine in mine and we converted it back to OBD-0. It was a bitch and took plenty of time but ti worked out in the end. So it doesnt have to be just OBD-1.

An xsi is the teg axles... so you use them with the axle boot, and hub ring removed. More at http://www.droppedcrxsi.com
