need a spark tune up?

Hi there
I got an LS Teg 2000, I have the car for about a year now, i think the spark plug, and spark plug cable have never been changed. the car is 120 000km.

Should i replace those?! I will chek tonight if they look like 'carbonized' but i was wondering what is the sugested milage to replace those component.

id go ahead and replace the plugs and wires and timing belt for that matter

Timing belt is done.
