Default PM5 ECU - Auto to Manual?

I've done the auto to manual conversion on a few OBD-1 ECU's, but never on an OBD-0 one. Does anyone know if the procedure is similar...move the jumper in RP17 to RP18 to go from auto to manual? I haven't even looked inside my PM5 yet to see if there is an RP17 or RP18, or to see where they are located. I tried searching but didn't come up with much.

TIA for the help.

Just get a manual PM5 or PM9 ecu. I guess your keeping it dpfi if you need a pm5?

If you need a manual ECU i have an extra PM9 i can send you just for the shipping. Like $10 if you need just PM me.

Will the PM9 work with DPFI? I am staying DPFI. Thanks!

you can use the auto dpfi ecu on the manual. The check engine light will just be on at all times. You can also unbolt the sensor from the top of the auto and hook it up and ground it to something. That should get the cel to turn off.

Thanks for the info.

I think I'm just going to buy a manual PM5 from someone though...I can get it for under $30 shipped.
