Default New Motor is in

Ok, some saw the other thread about the paint and wiring. well the motor is in and we're good.I have to fix a MAJOR leak at the water neck, but i needed a break. here are some pics.

THE CAR

THE MOTOR

THE SWAP

And this was me at 2am trying to find out why the hell i didnt have spark. It turned out (after 45 minutes of fuse, wiring, circuit testing, continuity testing, that the coil wire in my dizzy for my MSD had come off when i unplugged it to pull the old motor out. i was mad. then we started it and saw the leak. i just wanted to deal with it the next day.

BIG thanks to my boys Cory, Jason and Jared for helping me with the swap

kendall, its a built (sort of) motor
B18c block, LS crank, JDM ITR O/S pistons, 01 ITR head, JG springs/retainers, Bronze Guides, AEBS Intake Manifold, Comptech Intake and header,
Junk parts are GSR cams (2 sets of itr both turned out to be b16 so i had to toss in for the time being), TB is an LS, MSD is the SCI not 6al (no 2 step for me),

thats a lowdown of the motor for you

Yes indeed. In addition if you have access to a forklift, you can simply lift a pallet up to the oil pan, unbolt the motor, drop it down and drive away with it, or vice versa.

thanks for the comments, the wheel is better than stock black(and moreso, not one that has a big "A" on it). i like it, but the quick release is ebay crap that rattles, its got play and sucks.

I love this lip. i know i have only seen one other car with it on (and that was the one who i got it from)

the rims are merely drag rims, i put them on to paint the car so in case any overspray were to happen, it would be on them not the good rims.(if you can call rotas good?)

yes, its the car that i changed the firewall on.
