You can use the shiftlinkage but for axles you're gonna need USDM Bseries axles. The JDM ITR has 36mm hub so the axles are bigger than the USDM counterpart on the outer side and wont fit your Si hubs.
You can use 99-00 Si axles, or 94-01 integra axles. Sell the JDM Itr axles to someone who has a JDM ITR 5 Lug conversion.
