Does sedan EG suspension work on a hatch EG?
Hey guys my shocks are all blown and i'm looking to find some temporary stock suspension for now. There is a guy selling all 4 for 40 bucks but its' from a sedan, do you guys know if this will work on my Hatch?
His is a 95 sedan mine is 92 hatch

spring rates are different though.
keep your springs and use the other's shocks and you will be just like new

Well right now i have billstien shocks that are blown. on some cheap coilovers.
Theres a guy that has stock suspension of an Sedan and he's selling it for 40... so yeah, i dont have the springs..
Would I be able to use the coilover sleeves on the stock suspension and just not lower it so much? Like lower it 1 inch?
So let me get something straight, the spring rates differr but height is the same?
thanx

ride height might be affected simply b/c the springs don't compress as much if your hatch is lighter than the sedan. what's equally important is that handling characteristics are also affected with the new spring rates.
in the event that the strut/spring combo is mismatched, you might get an over/under-dampened setup.
