Ricey McRicerton has a turbo Y7.

I would definitely recommend upgrading your intake manifold to the Y8 though. That way, you can run a 92-95 EX/SI turbo kit, or 96-00 EX kit.

Use a D16Y8 (civic EX) intake manifold. Thats really all there is to it. After that, you can run whatever turbo kit you want as long as its designed for a d-series. What kind of fuel management were you thinking about running?

Why do you keep bumping this?

Start reading http://www.homemadeturbo.com and then ask specific questions here after you know what you're talking about

i have a d16y7 turbo and im using my stock intake manifold too. the intercooler piping that im using is for a y8...but i just had to modify it a little and make a 90 degree pipe that comes off the stock throttle body. as for fuel management...im just running a vortech fmu and walbro 255high pressure pump. if you can...i would go with uberdata or hondata....im just using this for now...but it works fine.

i run a 96 y7 turbo also.. i just swapped on a z6 intake manifold and it made a HUGE power gain.. the car feels so much better at all rpm's. so when you do your turbo setup plan on a manifold swap.. its so worth it..
