b16b head onto 2000 si ecu?
Hey instead of getting a ctr valve train why dont i just get the entire head already assembled? My valve guides are shot and im blowing blue smoke pretty bad. my compression is fine and i did cylinder leakdown so im sure thats it. So i was thinking of just finding a b16b head and putting it on my car. My question is will i have to change my ecu? or maybe get it rechipped? Thanks.
BTW im pretty sure it will bolt rigth up am i wrong?

It'll bolt right up. If you're wanting to take advantage of the higher revs and redline, you'll need a chipped ecu/hondata, aem ems, uberdata....yougetthepoint.

I think the stock valves would have more of a isue with 9,000rpm than the pistons but your different head you should be fine. i could be wrong though.
