Do you know this guy's history? He got flamed out of the Kill Forum way back when for street racing some guy and getting up to 150 on a public street!?

 

I remember that. The "infamous" activeaero.

 

Of course I know his history. But his car is pretty quick. Not fast, or super, but quick. And I wont say that all ITR owners fit that description. Far from it. But some...

 

Yeah maybe some are...but all the ones I've met (maybe 25-30 total) only about 2 of them were *clueless*.

Most of them were VERY cool guys. I don't know.

 

I agree.. I just don't want to start bashing a HT user (no one currently involved in this thread) since that's against HT policys and all.. cause HT.com has been getting pretty suck a$$ itself lately...

Oh yeah, for the record, I'd say 100% of the ITR owners I talk to on a regular basis are NOT clueless. But I have met some _really_ clueless ITR owners. So far I've only met one KS/NEB area ITR owner, and he's cool as chit! (BudMan)

I read more than just what he was saying directly.. I also read into it an allusion to a number of ITR owners elitist attitudes (don't tell me they don't exist ), etc.. but I'm too involved already. Must to laundry. hehe

I agree with a lot you have to say Dave. Remember...I *tried* to get you a deal to become an ITR owner. Remember>?! (it's a secret so don't say too much here)

It has to do with those STUPID Holiday Inn commercials. You'd have to see them to know what it means.

 

hehe I had a deal to become a ITR owner. But the dealership wanted a crazy NON refundable deposit.. which wasn't the bad part.. the bad part was that the dealer would not promise (in writing) that the car would NOT be test driven by others.. sorry no.

BTW, did I tell you that said dealer called me back two months later to offer me the car at the original price because he couldn't get rid of it. lol.

 

hmmm...just wondering...how can we be sure that this guy said that stuff??...is the guy who quoted him a reliable source??
