Default Greddy EGT problem

My brand new Greddy EGT gauge is acting crazy, sometimes it stays at 13-14k C and doesn't move and sometimes it starts to work normally. It's nothing wrong with the wiring, it seems to be something with the gauge housing.
Has anybody else has this problem?
All my cheap AC gauges works fine but this expensive Greddy **** fools around. Shouldn't it be the opposite?

I've had guages act like that before. I would send it back to greddy and demand a replacement.
