Default Turbo Manifold ?

New to the forum. Actually new to TURBO too. I have a b18c motor with a custom turbo kit I purchased from a friend. It pulls nice but feels like it's restricted. I've heard from a lot of people that my manifold is too small. I'm sorry to say but I think I have a SSAutochrome manifold :/
Other than that I have a ballbearing t3/t4, skunk2 im, walbro 255 fuel pump, greddy blow off valve, fmic from atpturbo.com, RC 270cc injectors, 2.5 inch down pipe and 2.5 in pipping all the way back to my cx mulffer, 2.5 in cut-out, and i think it's a "replica" tial wastegate .
It's untuned right now, but will be soon, just got my hondata s200. but before I do that I'm thinking of getting bigger injectors and a new manifold. What kind do you guys suggest? I've heard inlinepro was good, nuekin, lovefab but they don't make them anymore.
Should I be worrying about my set up? I barely keep up with stock 350z's. Is that normal for untuned b18c turbo set ups in an EG?
Here's a pic of my set up:

your restriction would be the stock cx muffler...

Ditch the cx muff and get it tuned.

How much boost and what are you using for fuel/timing management?

Injectors seem to be your issue. Those 270cc injectors are not large enough for a turbo setup of any size.

I'd honestly stop boosting since it looks like you have no fuel management... its a ticking timebomb.

Get Injectors, tune it with that s200b and Brace the turbo. That manifold will work fine... but not if you don't brace the turbo...

. . . brace the wastegate too

Those WG flanges like to fall off on the SSAC mani's.

Default whoa

I agree about the injectors, DEFINATELY not enough fuel there and why the car feels "restricted" (270's are just barely more cc output than stock, sell them to some all motor guys)... you need to get a set of 450cc at least or even some 550cc injectors.

The manifold is not the best but it is not your problem you describing here... well not yet. Although I do hope you ran a flex section someplace before the catback exhaust or whatnot, otherwise you will be bring that manifold home in pieces one day.

Good info...I have no fuel/timing management yet. I'm in the process of obtaining a hondata s200. I had dsm 450cc w/ a resister box but it was running too rich and it was going to be a while before I tune my car so I switched it for these RC 270cc. BTW, what size injectors should I use? All the shops I've talked told me between 310cc-450cc b/c I'm not going to boost high. I'm currently at 6-8psi. A lot of other people online tell me 450-550cc. My goal is to push 250-275whp with stock internals daily driven.
Will the cut-out make a difference or should I still get rid of the cx muffler? It did run a little better with the cut out open but I boost spiked twice so I've kept it close ever since. I only like it b/c cops in my area don't hassle me whatsoever. What if I run the stock SI/EX muffler from the 92-95 with 3" instead 2.5" and keep the cut-out? or would a gsr muffler be ok?
What do you mean by "brace"? Sorry I'm not that technical with the terms yet.
I also have an FMU but not sure what kind. One of the shops I went to told me to get rid of it before I tune my car.
Thanks again for the 411 and not flaming...haha I see a lot of people get hassled by stupid questions and get useless replies with "search".

1 support the turbo, wastegate, and mani by getting some metal welded to support it up so there is no weight on the mani

2 put back on ur dsm 450's

3 if u cant afford hondata get uber (try to get a wideband with whatever system u get)

4 tune the bitch

good luck with it man

thanks again for the info. Hopefully I'll have my hondata within a week and get some RC injectors. I'm looking at some 370cc or 440cc. If not I'll try to get my dsm 450cc back. I just gotta find a good tuner
If I find any good deals on some good turbo manifolds maybe I'll pick one up too. I'll try to search around.
