Default Matco Tools WFW140 Mig Wire Feeder, Anyone dealt with?

Any input on this new welder I bought? Its nothing to extreme, but maybe something to work on exhaust, etc with. Good buy? Looks more then Brand New, Doesnt seem as if it was even used?

Matco Tools = Snap On Tools. Here it is..


What you guys think? Yay or Nay?

Also, what mix of GAS would you guys recommend welding with STEEL? Pure Argon?

Their chart on the welder, says for aluminum use ARGON. Weird, It doesnt weld aluminum does it?
