The box says its obd-2 compliant. Obviously it's obd 1 compliant.
By obd-2 compliant they mean that when a o2 bung is put on it shouldn't throw the secondary o2 sensor cel. Thats it.

(Exc. OBDII Calif.) that's probably why i thought it was weird? not sure if the o2 sensor laws are the same as outta state since i have only dealt with my obd2 car in cali.
