I recently did a swap for a friend of mine into his 93 Prelude from an H23 to H22a. Before I changed the ECU out it ran fine aside from not having vtec or and not being as ballzy. Once I put the H22a's ECU in it drove fine for just a little while then started blowing the ecu fuse. Anyone have any idea of what might have caused this?

Also what would cause the fans to run for an extended period of time after the car is shut off.

 

Anybody have any clue??

 

sounds to me like your wiring is fubar'd.
