New exhaust, which would you guys choose.
Well I get to spend a small portion of my tax return on a new exhaust.
decided on these two based on my budget.
apex n1
buddy club pro spec
any opinions on these two. I know they are both going to be loud as hell, but its not the daily driver so I won't mind.
pros or cons for each would help. I've heard the n1 is prone to rusting, and i've also heard that the buddy club sticks out a bit too far. Hopefully with the pro spec series they have adjusted that.
Thanks,
Jerry

I'd go with the Pro-Spec. I love mine. Sound is great, power feels great and it looks great.
Quality is top notch. Also, becuase it sticks out as far as it does my bumper stays totally clean

I just picked up a used T1R, finished installing last night, and it really sounds good to me.
The power gain seems decent, and my g/f seems to fly back and forth in the passenger seat more.
But I also went from stock w/ Mugen airbox to:
Mugen Airbox + USDM tranny w/ ATS FD + Toda 4-2-1 + Carsound Highflow cat + T1R
I would like to see what I am making now.
Good Luck in choosing your exhaust.

for me it would be a really really tough fight between the buddy club spec 3 exhaust strait through no muffler...
or the t1r full catback plus the smsp spun bodied cat.

those with the buddy club, does the exhaust rattle alot because of the spring connections?, and are they enough to completely seal the exhaust

The springs rattle a lot. and are noisy, and when it's cool out I can see the condensation dripping from both of the connections
pretty cool!

Also, the Pro-Spec doesn't have spring connections
