I know a lot has been cover on this.. My rear driver's side is rattling.. is it the bushings or what? I have a 92 integra gsr.

Whoever has had this problem, could you please tell me what bushings are shot? I dont have enough money to buy the master bushing kit from Energy Suspension.

It rattles almost all the time when I drive. Over bumps, rough roads, gravel, etc.. I've checked all my bushings, they "look" fine, but im not sure.. what are the main ones to go that would cause this?

Rear Trailing Arm bushing, Shock bushings, control arm bushings?

Any advice. I'd like to fix the problem on the first try instead of having to spend money on all the bushings right now.

Are you sure it is the suspension?

I had some rattles back there that I could have sworn was susp. related, but it turned out to be that thin little sheetmetal crossbar under the back seats. Take the seats out and see if the bolts/especially the screw in the center, are all tight.

Other than that, maybe have someone sit in the hatch while you drive or you sit back there and pinpoint the problem.

 

its definitely coming from the wheel area. I have the entire back stripped out. there is nothing in the back at all. It's defintely a metal on metal rattling noise.

anyone have an integra with a rattling rear end like mine? I know mine isnt the only one out there that rattles? someone must know what the problem is..
