something wrong?
i drive a 98 ex civic coupe and the clutch pedal gradually started to fall to the floor and i had to pump it between gears and now it just sits on the floor and wont engage into any gear

Check for a leak in your clutch line. It works on the same principle as the brake system. If there's a leak the fluid will leak out when you press on the pedal and when you let go air infiltrates itself into the line, giving the pedal a spongy feeling. In your case I think there may be little or no fluid left. Check the fluid level in the reservoir and if it's low top it off.... You'll have to bleed the system though. More importantly try to see if there might be a leak somewhere. You'd be looking for brake fluid (that's what they use in clutch lines).

Check for fluid running down the firewall on the inside of the car directly behind the clutch pedal. If there is fluid there, you need to replace your slave cylinder. If not, then just top off the fluid and bleed it.
