Why wouldn't it? B series are very interchangable parts wise.

it will fit. b series are very compatible. downfall is you will either have to lengthen your exhaust or shorten it. but im 90percent sure you would have to lengthen it.

It should fit. I had a gsr header on my b16a2. The only thing was the length at the collector was a tad longer.

yes all b-series exhaust manifolds are the same as far as bolt pattern, but the lengths will vary to the cat.

It will bolt right to the Type-R head. And i had to lengthen my exhaust to make it fit it comes up a good deal short. I just lengthed a spoon cat jack and then matched that up to a type-r B Pipe and put a spoon muffler on the end of that. The type-r factory B pipe fits the eg great.

You will have length problems at the end of the manifold! And B18C headers and manifolds are slightly taller than B16 due to a slightly taller deck height. Which means that you will increase the chance of scrapping the bottom of manifold if your ride is really low.
Omni power makes adjustable cat jacks that work great for these situations.
