Energy suspension motor mount inserts question.

Ive heard you a can put these on to remedy torn mounts. Has anyone done this and can you tell me of its a good remedy?
They certainly work - just be ready for some crazy *** idle vibrations.
They are easy too - the upper driver side and upper tranny mount take about 10 minutes each. The rear tranny mount takes awhile longer....

I don't think I would classify it as anything "Crazy" durring idle. Its slightly more then stock, yes... But by far smoother then running solid mounts such as Hasport.

They are nice, and do cause some extra vibration, but it's not enough to be bothersome. Why not buy a replacement mount set + the inserts? Mounts aren't that costly if you shop around your local parts warehouses....
