Im using a B18B block and a GSR head. My sleeves are bored out 84mm so i will be using a B20 head gasket. Other than the holes for the dowels is there anything else that i have to do to the head gasket? I saw something about extra material that has to be cut off of there will be a possibily of an oil leak.

you will see the part that says remove.

 

those look like the rings that holds down the head-gasket. You can remove them if you'd like, probably won't matter.
