2002 honda accord clock light question.
I think my bulb went out on my 2002 honda accord v6. Does anybody know how to replace this bulb. My clock is still on but at night when I turn the lights on the clock doesn't light up. Do I have to take the whole ac cluster to reach the bulb. Any info. would be appreciated. thanks
dealership sells the bulb or you can get one from ebay. all you got to do is to pull with a bit of force at the clock cluster and it should come off. then just replace the bulb and snap it back in place..
Yup.... the day i bought my car the bulb went out...i think its $2.54 at a dealership the install process is really easy just like sleeps2much said juse a screwdriver but be carefull not to scratch up the otuside plastic and then all you do is screw out the little bulb and screw in the new one...good luck
Step 4 on these instructions talk about removing the clock:

Which, as mentioned above, involves a flathead wrapped in tape though I use masking tape, plus a strip of masking tape right under the clock (what the screwdriver is touching when you start prying on the bottom of the clock).

There's actually a service bulletin on the clock light bulbs going out prematurely on 98-02 Accords and Odysseys. There is an updated bulb and seperate part number.
Failed bulb p/n is 35505-584-N01 If this is the part you got, then take it back! They ARE still selling it believe it or not!
