b16 ecu in b18b swap..okay or not?

i swapped a b18b into my EK hatch
i'm ran an obd2a-to obd1 harness just b/c i have it layin around from when i was gonna swap in a b16 plus obd1
is better
i have an obd1 b16 ecu i'm usin to run the car for now...but i just wanna know if everything is cool with it until i get my p75 this weekend

clearly....i'm not an idiot..i'm not out revving my ls to 8 Grand..i just wanted to know if it would run to the grocery store and back...jesus..

My .02 is, if the car runs, and you dont hear any explosions or any other not-so-good noises, it'll be okay... for now.
Personally I would avoid driving it at all costs.
But you gotta do what you gotta do, untill you get the right ecu. Your kids gotta eat right.

Personally I would avoid driving it at all costs.

first of all thanks...and i guess i'm still lookin for an ECU..the car runs fine so i don't see a problem with driving it..

chip the p30 for the cost of a $15 kit...and then moddfi a basemap..yeah..thats 15 bucks insted of 100 or more for a new ecu..
sounds pretty helpfull to me.
