I just checked on the fittings and the smallest we have are 1/2" male x 1/2" hose barb.
I wish I could help but you might have to find an alternative...1/4" x 1/4" is pretty small for aluminum hose barb fittings.

Closest i could find...
1/2" hose ID which is -8an Hose to male pipe threaded adaptors (cut off threads, weld on).

Read the post right about yours. I said we carry the 1/2" x 1/2". However, if you need them asap your best bet would probably be McMaster because it looks like we are 2-3 days out.

So because you carry them he must buy from you? Just giving him some options ... chill.

Yep, that's exactly what I said.
If that's what you thought I meant, I'm sorry.
He's bough from us before and I was trying to help him out again. We are cheaper than McMaster so that's why I pointed him in my direction after you mentioned McMaster.

Paco..you're going to have a real hard time finding the fitting with 1/4" hose barb in aluminum. For some reason they either just aren't made or are extremely hard to come by. I made about 5 or 6 phone calls today trying to find something that would work for you and none of the master distributors or mills could help me. If worse comes to worse you could always opt for Hybrid's suggestion (it's a good suggestion but I'm sure it's more work than you wanted).
Thanks for the kind mention..I didn't mean to come across rude in the last post and I hope things are cleared up.

thats gey .. i dont see y no one would make one ? ..thanks for trying to help me out i really appricate it man .
well how do u guys think this barb / hose fitting will hold up .. i plan on running socketless hose .. so the reason for a barb fitting .. u think the hose will have probs sealing good over one of these ? there will NOT be under any kind of extream pressures as the inline pump is After the tank ..

What is the diameter of the barb and what is the diameter of the tubing (non-barbed area)? You might be able to get away with using that fitting and a worm-gear hose clamp.
If you by chance can use nickel plated steel (which I highly doubt) we have them 1/4" x 1/4"...but that won't go too well with aluminum.

its 1/8 ntp / 1/4 barb (6an) .. so i think i can get away with it .. i dont see how a socketless hose would ever leak on that .. thoes - even tho they say socket less push lock hose . are fucken hard as **** to get over a barb fitting .. + is will just be holding gas flow . the tank will never see pressure ..

more work?lol
its the same amount of welding. only extra work involved is screweing in the brass fitting. that IS a lot of work...
