Its easy to do that swap it bolts right in and you use your old wriing harness and just add a couple of wires you have to add the knock sensor, vtec pressor sensor, vtec sensor, and an IAB wire thats all

Well... The head does just bolt right on but there are a few modifications you have to do to make the head and block work together.... You have to block two drains in the h22 head that do not exist on the f-series blocks...(NOTE: These are the only two passages that do not line up from the head and block...) You also have to make your own custom waterpipe using the bottom half from an f22/23 and the top half from an h22... And you also have to pull the waterpump gear off of an h22 waterpump and press it onto the waterpump housing of an f22/23... But mechanical wise, that is all....

And just a note for all you, the most simple swap you can do is an f-series block with an h23 head.... The h23 head does not have the same two oil passages that do not line up in the h22 head... I repeat, an h23 head lines up perfectly with an f-series block passage for passage... And the h23 waterpipe fits perfect .. The only thing you would have to do would be to put an h23 waterpump gear on an f-series waterpump housing....

Both swaps you will need the lower crank gear that corresponds to the head and obviously you will need head specific items such as intake/exhaust manifolds, dist, themo housings, etc...

he's talking about doing a H & F series hybrid (aka G series )

I don't think he's talking about just bolting in an F series

Sorry, but G-series is already taken - the G25 in the Acura Vigor.

That's actually been brought up before but since no one talks about those and g comes between f and h, were just letting it roll...
