Help...Finish b1b swap...need help on extra problem...

I just finished swapping over my B16 engine into my crx, but for some reason the wheel hub is locking up after I tighten my axle bolt. Why is the hub locking up? Is it a wheel bearing issue or an axle issue? Thanks ahead.

It is a hub issue. There is a dust ring inside the hub. You need to remove these on each side. That should allow the axle to rotate freely. This mod is required when using 90-93 integra axles with a b16a swap.

How does the dust ring look like??? Do you have a picture of the dust ring?
