Default Do i need a new clutch? Help Please

Well this morning I get in my car and headed for school as usual. I rev match to go into 2nd and the gate won’t open, so I try third and fourth they won’t budge either. I let off the gas and then it goes in. This happens the whole way to school. Sometimes it goes in smooth other times it’s a bitch. Trying to rev match into second wont even work I have to ease into it. Then in first gear when I engage and I start to roll of the line it feels like it’s the clutch is stuck and it grinds and you feel the clutch pedal shake a little to. So my question to you guys is what the hell is this time for a new clutch or something else? O and the car is a 99 GSR with 95k miles thanks!

well idont know what the problem is but if its the clutch dont wait on it.. you'll be sitting on the side of the road calling ur parents to pick u up. bump ur clutch to the next level and get a lightweight flywheel, that exedy/fidenza **** is cheap.

yup, same here, but fortunately i caught the problem asap. It was actually my clutch disk going out, one of the springs had fallen off the disk, and it was about time for a change anyways. I replaced it w/ a clutchmasters stage 3 w/ act streetlite. I should of went w/ the prolite.
