OK right now I am not backwards in debt, but I want to get out of debt completely. So I am thinking about either trading ( plus cash ) my 03 EVO 8 for a GSR, or selling my EVO and getting a GSR. I really like the EVO 8, it is by far the fastest and best handling car that I have ever drivin', but it isnt as good on gas as I would like it to be. I just dont want to deal with car payments and that crap. Hondas have ALOT of potential, so does the evo 8. I am really thinking about saying goodbuy to the EVO 8 and its bulletproof engine.

To all, who like the EVO 8 its one hell of a car. I have the greatest feeling when I smash on Z06's and tear up some domestic muscle cars. Am I crazy? Insane? or jsut thinking of the long run? What does everyone think?

You are in the wrong forum but to answer your question, i think you'll be crazy to stay in huge debt because of a car you can't afford to keep

My thoughts exactly, my dad has a Z06 and wow is it fast 12.6 1/4 out of the box, and handles like you wouldnt imagine. But any way sell the evo pay your debt and build a GSR.

 

If you are used to boost and a fast car, get an 89-93 240SX, RB20DET/SR20DET swap, upgrade, and less than $10,000 later you have one ****** fast/FUN car!!

HKS 272 exhaust cam and 264 intake cam. Megan race headers. Works rally intake, but the fact that I can beat a z06 is irrelevant in this thread. Just wondering peoples opinions on the subject at hand

Because the Evo is ****** AWESOME and I would mention it too if I had a car comparable to a Z06.

u can do that for 5000...83-93 240's arnt exactily expensive and sr20's are cheap.

i say go with the gsr anyway, if that's what you want, plus you'll be out of debt.
