Default Camber kits: What is the difference between ball joint and conventional kits? What are you running

I've been looking at Speciality Products, Skunk2, and Ingalls camber kits and have a couple of questions.
What's the difference between ball joint and conventional camber kits?

What are you using and why? How much did you pay?

What is the best camber kit for track use? Which one has the most/easiest adjustability for "at-the-track" camber changes/adjustments?

Thanks in advance.

How much are your cars lowered?

Do you have any clearance problems?

I dunno. I got the progress camber kit on mine. But I wish I never lowered my car as low as I did. Especially with a kit on it.
