question about wastegate on my manifold. do they make an adaptor????

my manifold has a 40mm wastegate flange, i was seeing if anyone makes an adaptor to go from 40mm to the 35/38mm flange..

I know I have seen um. Most are proly custom tho.
Do you know anyone that welds?

i can weld i guess, but its stainless steel, so i figure did try to find soemthing first..
