Samco Sport Hose Kits, Anyone here use it?
Are the Samco Sport Hose Kits still availbe for the ITR?
IF anyone has used them let me know what you think, I would like to replace some of the hoses soon, cause they are looking kinda old and I don't feel like getting stuck anywhere...
thanks.

At first I thought it was BS
but after actually holding these pieces in my hand and comparing them to my realdeal Samcos.... I really couldn't tell the difference....

*disclaimer* I saw these "same" OBX hoses at a local dealer about a year ago.... I do NOT know if they have changed them since then, but AT THAT time....if it wasn't for the logo...I couldn't tell the difference between the two....they felt and smelled the same....
Not sure about the ACTUAL material....

Rob, I just ordered upper and lower OBX rad hoses from a sponsor in the Per. section. $45USD plus shipping. They look great. They don't match the valve cover exactly but, hey, for 45 bucks, no complaining here
The Samco and Spoon hoses were way too much $$$ for my liking.
Haven't installed them yet though

i only see 2 hoses there, coolant travels through more than just that. if replacing, replace all, at least thats what i'm going to do if i'm ever to replace them. do they really need replacement? how can you tell and how long are they supposed to last?

yeah.. that would make sence.. but how often for oem hoses.. if anyone has any idea on that? for that matter there are fuel and oil hoses to replace as well. (oil hoses behind the block near filter/cooler area).

my oem hoses lasted 4 years before they finally gave and started leaking... yeah, that sucked they decided to give while i was in bumper to bumper freeway traffic on my newly rebuilt motor.

Aloha,
