Default LS hatch 1/4 times inside

R/T- .529
60'- 2.387
330'- 6.563
1/8 - 9.992
MPH - 72.63
1000'- 12.913
1/4 - 15.294
MPH - 91.84

Set-up------->1990 Civic DX Hatch with B18A1 swap, YS1 cable tranny Megan Racing Header, SRI, 2.5" custom exhaust, gutted hatch, H&R race springs, KYB GR2 shocks, and some $30 Walmart tires on 13" steelies at 23 psi.

I feel like I could have gotten into the 14s with a better R/T and some better tires becuase these tires spin too easy.

How are these times for the mods I have?

Reaction time has no effect on 1/4 mile time.

Ditto, but drop the 60' time some and you should dip into the 14's.

So from the green light, of I would sit there for 15 seconds then run the 1320 I would still have a 15.2?

Yes the timer does not start until you break through the second staging light beam. R/T only matters for heads up racing and bracket racing. For just straight up timed runs r/t has no effect.

Say I have a perfect launch.....obviously just a estimate.......how low could my 60' times get with my set up on street tires?

Any other B18 hatches car to share their times?

hmm, dunno what ur elevation is but i'd expect better. I ran 14.4 with a similar setup but i had an act clutch and pr3 pistons..oh and bfg's.
But i was also on stock suspension and an ls tranny.

Yeah, but with the pr3 pistons you are running almost 2 points higher static compression.

b18a(stock) 9.2:1 compression

b18a+pr3 pistons 10.9:1 compression

That imo makes a big difference as do the tires. You are running a drag radial(i believe) while he is running walmart specials.

true but my 60' was 2.1 vs his 2.3 so thats not crazy. I guess if he could get some better 60 foots down he would do respectable times. Also keep in mind his tranny is much better than mine.

Btw, good mph.... probly good for 14.7 or 14.8 if you can hookup.
