Default teq. question....ITR cams

ITR and CTR cams... I was planning on putting them in my b16 head. Would I need dual valve springs? considering crower stage 2.... any opinions?

threes a difference between cutting corners and being cheep.. and cutting corners to save money, cause we all know ****'s expensive... and sometimes you gotta find shorcuts... that dosen't hurt performance of corse

Man you are cheap! You didn't even want to buy that extra vowel to spell the word did you?

But in reality, you do need stronger springs in order to use the cams to their potential, otherwise they won't make any more power than the stock B16As.

Which was my first point.
And now that I think about it it would be smart to use ITR valve springs also because of the higher lift of the ITR and/or stage 2 cams.

well thanks... I think (for basiclly calling me a cheep ***...) Don't act like none of us have bills to pay or car payments or for ***** sake insurance (which isn't cheep wen you got tickets), a liscnce to get back (driving school $90, reinstatement for DL $75), loan payments.... I was going to do the dual valve springs, but was just trying to hold off untill I was more.. financially stable. But yeah if you wanna call me cheep thanks a whole lot...

question:

go ahead and do crower stage 2 or CTR (higher intake duration than ITR I think) with the ITR valve springs?

You should go to All Motor and ask these questions, but for what you're going to spend on ITR springs, just get some nice performance ones and titanium retainers, then run Stage 9 Bazillion for all we care. The stock bottom should handle 9500 RPM just fine, as long as you have good springs and retainers with a cam that can make power.
