Default Very loud timing belt

Well I just put my B18c in my hatchback, just got finished converting everthing over from auto to manual that i needed too. I started my car up about 10 mins ago and the timming belt was makeing a very loud screaming noise, then i noticed that the intake side of the belt is very loose and the exauhst side it very tight. Just want to know if this has anything to do with this swap because the motor was fine about 4 months ago in my other hatch.

So if its loose on one side and tight on the other, it would be because the tension on the belt is not correct.

if its like mine it should have a self tensonor that you have to take out to change the belt and you have to have a special tool or rig something up to put back in are you on on all of the teath and how old is the belt
