how much do you guys think it would cost me to fix them and what size tires should i get???

 

Fixing rims will cost anywhere between $80 and $150, depending on the damage. I would think those lip bends would beon the lower end of hte price spectrum.

as far as finishing, you can just aircraft strip them and repaint em, or get them professionally powder coated. Cost on that ranges a lot.
