Just got back from Tire Rack for a Porsche auto x event. I had the ITR out, and MIDWEST HYBRID came out with some quick hatchbacks. Snapped a few pics sorry im not a pro

it was a fun day overall, MIDWEST HYBRID was a pretty cool group with some fast cars, nice job guys

 

there is another event this saturday. im thinking about going!!

 

We had a good time on Sunday. There were some incredible cars (twin engine Yugo), and some great drivers (whoever was driving that Camaro). I'm especially impressed with the facility and organization of the event. Thanks Tire Rack!!

The event was well worth the ~500 mile road trip.

ps: rino924, I saw you really start to push that Integra of yours towards the end of the day! Good job!

were gonna be at the rockford event this sunday with the race tires on the ek, and a better suspension setup. it should be pretty impressive. type-r suspension should be on too w./dot5 fluid. cant wait....

 

not that it matters but my family's company set up all of the storage rack in the warehouse in DE.

well count my out for saturday. the weather is supposed to be in the low 40s and rain, my wipers dont work and i tryed running last sunday in the rain.. not the best idea! but i will make it out to the next SBR autox and many following!

 

nolan sold the motor out of the ek : (. so now were building a b16 stroker (to 1.8), compression will be @ 12:1 and were gonna upgrade from the skunk cams to toda spec b's. this thing is gonna be an animal! the block went out last weekend and the lightweight stroker rotating assembly will be here @ friday, we cant wait! the 5 lug suspension and race tires will be on next time you guys see it move under its own power..........
