I run the NGK R5671A-9 with a 25 thousands gap. They work great! They dont last very long tho. I gotta replace them about once a month because they foul really quick. I would change to a hotter plug, but they work so great i dont want to mess with it. And spending $7 a month on plugs isnt that big of a deal.

My guess would be cause it's too cold for his setup and it's not effectivly staying in the heat range to clean itself...
But it's a small trade of for having a plug that works for the setup...
I'm in the same boat.
