Default AEM EMS for Turbo

I have seen on all the AEM EMS ads
*Adapting hardware required for non-factory forced induction vehicles.
Has anyone found out what this adapting hardware is? Will AEM offer the hardware, or just tell you what you need to get?

I have the EMS and you dont need anything else. The stock map can read up to 14 pounds of boost and you can tell the computer to increase fuel when the map sees boost. If you want to go over 14 pounds your gonna need to invest in a different map sensor.

See this is what I was asking.. so are we sure that AEM was just refering to the MAP and nothing else?

I think they are refering to the solenoid to control boost. They will be selling one separately.

Jhon from AEM told me to use a General Motors boost selonoid from a Grand National with the EMS.
