Default 95 civic dx ecu question

If I go from an 1.5 non-Vtec to a 1.5 Vtec will I need a new ecu and wiring harness or is it already pre-wired for vtec?

ecu will have to be replaced or chipped to read the vtec.

your ecu can be chipped and made to run vtec. Then just wired for vtec. It might be better to buy an ecu that is chipped already tho. I believe there is somebody that sells them here for $100!!!
