Default Need Advice on this black R

There is a Black R that is quite some distance from me, meaning id have to fly to see the car.

The guy who owns it is the 2nd owner and bought it with 54,500km on it. Since then 1 year ago he has only driven it 1,500 kms which is nothing. Normally i wouldn't suspect anything but he has made so many mods to it.

The ones i know of are 17" volks, spoon calipers, mugen twin loop, mugen header (4 - 2 -1), spoon throttle body, Spoon springs/dampers unadjustable.

How uch do you guys think these mods are worth in total ?

So what are some opinions here, oh and can anyone tell me what kind of shifter that is, and what that red thing is on the front bumper.

I am really wanting to buy this one, I have asked him if i can doa compression test on it, and I dont really think he understands how one is done, but he has been telling me its not needed.

The mods that you listed are pretty damn good mods and seem to be well thought out. If he littered it with cheap ebay **** it might be a different story, but I personally would be willing to take the risk.

Should I be wary if this car has spent its 1500km on the trackk ?

It is his 2nd car, see I can get another R with 51k owned by an older guy for 3k less, but i wouldn't mind having those parts.

Is their anything i should look for to be wary ...

My question is "Why would this guy go to the trouble of installing all those mods, then only drive it 1,500 kms ???"

A good number of the ITR's on the market have had some measureable amount of track time, it shouldn't deter you.

Also, is that an Australian market car with the B18C7 in it?

less kilometers means little compared to how the car was taken care of
so it depends on who took better car of the car, evidenced by receipts or maintenance records kept

wouldn't worry. My R has 133000 miles (about 214000 km) and it has been tracked many times and is still running strong

Everything is the same, but I think they use the JDM ITR pistons. I've only been told this by one person and I can't find enough data to back it up.
