Default do you thing my ball joint is bad?

i hear a annoying squeeking noise when i turn my wheel not all the time though. but i did notice it also makes this noise when i stop and take off again and when i get out of the car after i drive i can hear what sounds like my car squeeking from the car raising up slightly. what in your oppinon would cause this maybe a bad inner tie rod????

cv joints don't squeak


for original poster look for deteriorating suspension bushings.

i had a problem similar to that..it was my ball joint..i replaced it and the squeaking went away..they just happen to wear out with age..

check all your bushings. got a camber kit? polyurethane bushings. they always need to be lubed. bad struts will also cause this problem.
