does anyone know if the radiator and fan assembly from an ITR would be a direct fit into a GSR. any diffrence in between the two? the reason i ask is i need a replacement and found a good price on one but it's from an ITR. thanks in advance.

You sure it's not the JDM ITR front end rad support they are offering?? They will fit into either vehicle GSR into ITR and ITR into GSR to my knowledge.

 

all those damn rads are the same. or at least they should be.

be sure you get both fans, the A/C fan is the same, but the primary is different

 

they r both the same, or u could go civic fluidyne and that will make vtec reeealy kick nice!

you can fit civic rad in to teg no problem so.. teg rad to another teg rad shouldnt be problem AT ALL

When I bought my aftermarket rad, it was for all integras. It has 2 mounts for the fans and a tranny cooler for auto integras. Safe to say get the fans with your GSR rad.

 

what's up with the diffrent part numbers! can anyone confirm on the fitment of this radiator?? i need to know - actually it's too late now. the typr r radiator is on it's way here already. i'll let you guys know when it does get here sometime this week if anyone's interested. later

 

they should work, I put a GSR rad. into my ITR.

 

get a civic half length pwr one....it will free up alot of space, which you may need in the future([cough] turbo [cough]).....

 

oh...forgot to mention...it's a JDM type R radiator. so i'm guessing it'll either fit or be totally off or maybe just needs a bit of tweaking here and there... thats the fun of this sport/hobby, i guess. not knowing what to expect until you do it yourself.

 

i know a USDM ITR OEM rad did not fit in a GSR with the GSR existing fans. you'd have to replace the GSR fans to ITR OEM to fit.

luckly it comes with fans. hopefully it'll all just plug in.

 

If anything you may have to relocate the radiator support brackets. Should fit though.
