Specs:
2- 2 1/8" primaries merging into a 2 1/2" collector.
Primaries can be made for slip fit or not, slip fit preferred.
Material:
Stainless is best but milds steel might be accepted if the price is right.
If any of you guys can make this happen please PM me, and we'll work something out, I need it rather quickly.
Should look something like this but w/ a longer primaries and collector piping end and with out the flared end..

Thanks.

I talked to him about it via email, and likely others did that posted here. I mean no offense, but maybe he's just wanting it cheaper than anybody wants to make it for. He didn't tell me this, but I suspect it may be the case.
The merge bends to make it from tube will be about $30 each, so that's $60 + a turbo flange if he wants it... that's about $80. Add in time to make it, which would likely be about an hour and a half IF you're perfectly set up to do it (fixture to cut it, nice purge setup, etc), and you're easily looking at $40 for labor. That's $120 for the collector.
Granted, Burns is quite a bit more than that. Now, you can probably find several people that will make it between $180 and the Burns cost... but it's doubtful you will find it for less...with any level of quality.

Actually we only charge 139.00 for the collector...... not advertising just stating facts. If you want a turbo flnage added it's 37.50 to shape the outlet and 30.00 to weld inside and out backpurged of course. then the cost of the flnage or you can supply your own.
Not trying to be mean just stating the facts sorry if it sounded that way

Right...that's $206.50 + the flange. More than I had estimated above...but still not what I figured you guys would be, and not an unreasonable price for a good quality part. Would this collector also qualify for the free header/manifold design?

Indeed it would sir as long as you specify all of the required data no problem, i thought you meant 180 for just the base collector
