How Can One Tell the Difference between a 98 type R HEad AN a 97 gsr head I need HElp on that One

How's about we spell it "difference?" I'm not sure...as far as appearance? I don't think one can tell externally. It's what's on the inside that counts...what? LOL. Seriously...I don't think there was a change externallly.
