Place does, but I don't think HASport does, they have a cable into a hydro. car kit (for new cars wanting to run a cable tranny).

I believe I read that the HASport kit is reversible to go from cable to hydro or from hydro to cable, but don't quote me on that.

On a similar note, is there any way to install a full hydro clutch system in an EF, if i scavenge a pedal, booster, and lines from a 92-95 civic?

Yeah you can do it without any of the kits, you just have to be prepared to make a new motor mount for the transmission side, and enlarge the cable clutch hole in the firewall, plus all the other assorted modifications you have to do. On the interior you lose the driver's side vent and left window vent.

My question is WHY?

Cable tranny is much cheaper.
The only difference seems to be a hydraulic clutch, what the big deal about that?

Newer parts .... more flexibility in gearing choices (not so easy to put JDM R final drive in the regular cable B trany I heard), shifting feels SO much nicer!!

My R was silky smooth compared to my hatch ....

Reminds me of my Prelude, you're right the cable tranny is kinda notchy. Now what I would love would be an S2000 tranny, now those are smooth.
