Default '93 civic rear speakers

ok, my civic didnt come with rear speakers, so i found some to put in it. i read this manual-y thing about civics and it says theyre all wired to have 4 speakers.
so, where are the connectors for the 2 rear speakers stashed? i cant find 'em...

it is a 1993 honda civic, 4 door sedan DX, to be specific.

Check in the hole, between the rear deck material and the metal... Or, just look for the harness that goes across the trunk (attached to the underside of the rear deck) and find where they branch off from that harness and trace them from there...

You guys have any idea if a 93 DX Hatch would be wired for rear speakers? And where they would be hiding if so?
Thanks!

I searched all through the inside of the panel and the well and coulndnt find it... Any idea what area to look in? Could it be under the seat or something like that? I read another post where they said that some did not come wired, is that possible? Thanks for all your help!

</TD></TR></TABLE>I have never seen a Honda/Acura that didn't come with all 4 speaker locations wired, [if the car has 4 speaker option] even on cars that did not come with radio, on very early civics the radio was an option, but OEM radio plug was there and the 2 speaker locations were wired 94

It's there. Feel harder.

Usually, they use blue tape to secure the plug to the harness... If that helps... :shrugs:

it was a hatch... on the left side it was taped to the brake light wires almost in the center of the well at the bottom. the connector is only half the size of the ones in the front so the whole thing cord and connector isnt that big. it was wrapped in blue tape around a few times. On the right it was in the same place... feel for something taped up and small... good luck
