Default Throwing code at high rpm?

Sup guys, this has been bothering me for some time now so here it is, sometimes when i get on it and bring it up to a high rpm, i throw a code? I have the missing link (just put a little clean filter on it, cause at first i thought that was the problem), im just stumped on what it could possibly be. My set up is:

D16z6
Garrett t25 turbo
HKS Manifold
Apex i FMIC
Forge BOV
Profec b spec 2 boost controller.

When the CEL comes on does it idle higher? It might be going into limp mode. I had a missing link and ended up going with 3 vacuum check valves instead which costed me about $8. My missing link was being homosexual but now everything's fine
