Default Throwin a code, yo

I just finished a custom turbo install on a 00 USDM B16, and i am throwing a code. I have the missing link installed, and all wires plugged back in. Does anyone know why it is doing this? It is also idling high, and when it settles (finally) i rev it up and it begins to idle high again. I know it sounds like a vacuum leak, but i didnt undo any lines. Some help would be appreciated, thanks a lot guys. One more thing, its also running a little rich. I dont knwo if that helps, but thanks anyways.
